NovoJet

Needle-free electromagnetic drug delivery

A third-generation electromagnetic injector that delivers active compounds into the papillary dermis — precisely, evenly, and without a needle.

How it works

Precision at the papillary dermis

An electromagnetic solenoid accelerates a liquid column through a 200 μm nozzle. The resulting microjet penetrates to 300–700 μm — the depth of the papillary dermis, where collagen synthesis and cellular activity take place.

Frequency is adjustable up to 20 Hz, and both power and volume are tunable on a 1–10 scale, giving clinicians precise control over delivery depth and spread for each protocol.

Delivery modes

Two modes. One device.

nano-SPIKE delivery mode

nano-SPIKE

Non-contact

The solution forms nano-spikes that cross the skin barrier without contact. No open wound, no bleeding. For superficial protocols and sensitive areas.

micro-BOMB delivery mode

micro-BOMB

Contact

The solution penetrates deeper and disperses on impact, producing a mechanical micro-subcision effect. For scar remodelling and deep dermal protocols.

Erythema and swelling commonly visible 24–72 h
Sharps risk
No needle handled; no sharps disposal
Persistent occupational risk
Where it comes from

Born from rocket science

NovoJet began as research into high-velocity microjet propulsion at Seoul National University. In 2010, Prof. Jaiick Yoh turned the science of accelerating fluid into space toward accelerating it through skin — delivering active ingredients to the dermis without a needle.

Regenesis International brings this technology to European clinicians as the official European partner of BAZ Biomedic.
