About
Deep Slim is a body-treatment platform built on MULMI — multifocused ultrasound with a low mechanical index. Low-frequency, low-intensity ultrasound leaves the handpiece as several lobes with a dispersed focus, so the energy reaches a wider area of fat and connective tissue at once and works mechanically rather than through heat. Two programs share the device: Deep Reshaping for localised fat, cellulite and the abdomen after pregnancy, and Deep Recovery for patients before and after body surgery.

- MULMI technology
- Multifocused Ultrasound Low Mechanical Index. The emission forms several radiation lobes with a dispersed focus, so the energy is spread over a larger area of the hypodermis in each pass.
- Mechanical, not thermal
- According to the manufacturer, the emission stays below the cavitation threshold and does not heat the skin. The pressure wave compresses and stretches cell membranes — mechanotransduction — in the fat and the connective tissue at the same time.
- Two programs
- Deep Reshaping covers localised fat, cellulite grades I to III and the abdomen after pregnancy. Deep Recovery is used before body surgery and in the acute and chronic phases after it.
- Treatment areas
- Abdomen, flanks, arms, saddlebags and legs, as shown in the manufacturer's treatment material.
- Smart Cover
- An acoustic accessory that keeps the acoustic field as even and symmetrical as possible across the treated area.
- Origin
- Developed in Girona, Spain, by Deep Slim (ARW Technologies). Its R&D team of physicists and engineers works with Spanish universities, and its quality management is certified to ISO 13485.
