About
NovoJet delivers solutions into the skin without a needle. A 200 µm micro-jet, driven by solenoid-electromagnetic micro-propulsion, places a controlled volume at a controlled depth — from the papillary dermis for skin boosters to deeper contact shots that mechanically release scar tissue. Up to 20 shots per second, no open wound, minimal downtime.

Recommendations
From physicians who use NovoJet in practice.
“NovoJet is a versatile, needle-free device used to treat deep wrinkles and scars that are often difficult to improve with other technologies. It creates micro-channels in the skin and, in contact mode, can perform very precise, non-surgical subcision.”
Dr. Tapan Patel
PHI Clinic, London

“I have been using NovoJet for the past two years, and it has transformed my clinical practice. I use it to treat facial lines, wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, and hair and scalp conditions.”
Dr. Kingsley Mariadasan
Oslo, Norway

“NovoJet enables precise and consistent delivery of a wide range of solutions, including biostimulators, exosomes, PDRN, and mesotherapy formulations.”
Dr. Bartłomiej Sobolewski
Poland
How to use
NovoJet in the treatment room, step by step.
- 01
Power on and register the nozzle
Start the system and scan the single-use nozzle on the RFID tag area. Each nozzle is locked to the device it was first registered on and carries a fixed number of shots.
- 02
Load the solution
Fill a Luer-lock syringe with the chosen solution, attach it to the nozzle and lock the nozzle onto the handpiece. Run Air Removal mode before the first shot.
- 03
Set the parameters
Choose Single, Auto or Burst mode, then power (100–200 V), shot volume and speed (1–20 Hz). Two user presets (M1, M2) store your protocols.
- 04
Choose the shot type
Distance shot — nano-SPIKE — fans the solution into the epidermis without pain or open wound. Contact shot — micro-BOMB — reaches the dermis and adds a micro-subcision effect.
- 05
Treat with the footswitch
Switch from Standby to Ready and fire with the footswitch, keeping both hands free. A full-face distance-shot treatment takes around five minutes at 20 Hz.
- 06
Dispose of the nozzle
The nozzle is single-use. Remove it after the treatment; the shot counter shows remaining shots on any nozzle still in use.

Detailed information
Technology, indications and specifications as documented by BAZ Biomedic.

- Technology behind
- Micro-propulsion pioneered by Professor Jaiick Yoh at Seoul National University, originally developed for satellites. NovoJet is the third generation of the technology: solenoid-electromagnetic drive, repeatable injection, precise depth and volume control.
- Two shot types
- Nano-SPIKE (distance shot): the solution becomes nano spikes in the air and passes the skin barrier without pain or open wound. Micro-BOMB (contact shot): the solution reaches the dermis, disperses in the tissue and mechanically disrupts fibrous tissue — a micro-subcision effect used for scars.
- Accuracy
- Depth control from 0.05 to 2.50 mm and volume control per shot, so solutions can be placed in the papillary dermis (0.3–0.5 mm) — the target layer for skin boosters.
- Compatible solutions
- Skin boosters and polynucleotides (PN/PDRN), PLLA and PDLLA biostimulators, hyaluronic acid, exosomes and PRP — as documented in the manufacturer's treatment protocols and the studies listed below.
- Indications
- Scars, stretch marks, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and rosacea, active acne and pores, deep wrinkles, biostimulation, brightening, deep hydration, hair and scalp, neck and décolletage, pre- and post-laser protocols, and hyperhidrosis.
- Patient experience
- No needle, no open wound. Patients can resume daily life immediately after treatment, according to the manufacturer.
