Who we are

Regenesis International AS (org. no. 933 593 487), Drammensveien 260, 0283 Oslo, Norway, is the data controller for personal data processed on regenesisint.com. Contact: info@regenesisint.com.

What we collect and why

Contact and quote requests. When you submit a form we process the details you enter: name, clinic, phone number, e-mail address and your message, together with the product you asked about. We use this to answer your request and follow up on it. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).

E-mail and phone. If you contact us directly we process the information you provide for the same purposes.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operation of the site. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you: it records the page, referrer, country and device type as aggregated statistics. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

Who receives the data

Form submissions are delivered by e-mail to the Regenesis team through our e-mail delivery provider, and the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both act as processors under written agreements. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and a following business relationship, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@regenesisint.com. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or the supervisory authority in your country.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. Only technically necessary storage is used, if any, to make the site work.

Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
