About
Belluti is a diamond-particle acoustic patch for the under-eye area. Placed on the skin under a rigid compression lens, it absorbs the beam of a Q-switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG and converts it into a laser-induced shockwave (LISW) that travels a few millimetres into the tissue. The manufacturer positions it for under-eye fat, wrinkles and skin elasticity, with a Belluti Face variant for the retaining ligaments of the mid-face.
Treatment possibilities
Indications from the manufacturer's documentation. Each links to the treatment page.
How to use
Belluti in the treatment room, step by step.
- 01
Prepare
Clean the area, attach the crescent patch under the eye and apply ultrasound gel evenly over it. Eye shields for the patient, goggles for the operator.
- 02
Place the lens
Press the compression optic lens firmly onto the patch and remove all air bubbles — trapped air concentrates the shockwave in one spot and can cause bruising.
- 03
Laser
One pass through the lens, no overlap. Manufacturer's protocol: 3–4 mm spot, 3–4.5 J/cm², 1–2 Hz. The patch bleaches from black to white where it has been used.
- 04
Move on
Shift the lens to the next unexposed zone. Never fire again on a bleached area.
- 05
Finish
Remove lens and patch and clean the skin. Total procedure time about five minutes. Mild redness and swelling is the expected endpoint.
- 06
Course
At least three sessions, two to three weeks apart (manufacturer protocol). Anaesthesia is generally not required.

Detailed information
Technology, indications and specifications as documented by Simfle Stick Co., Ltd.

- Laser-induced shockwave
- The laser is absorbed by the black diamond in the patch, the particles expand thermoelastically, and a pressure wave propagates into the tissue — the manufacturer's LISW. The rigid lens keeps the energy travelling downwards.
- Below the disruption threshold
- Belluti is set below the level at which the same technology disrupts tissue (Celluti). The stated aim is mechanical stimulation of the septum and surrounding tissue at 2–5 mm depth rather than destruction.
- Belluti Face
- A set of shaped patches placed along the facial retaining ligaments for the mid-cheek groove, marionette lines and jowls, used with the same lens and laser.
- Kit
- Two crescent patches per pouch and a reusable compression optic lens. Patches are single-use; replace the lens when it discolours or scratches.
- Material
- Adhesive patch with black diamond and gold particles · rigid compression optic lens
- Activated by
- Q-switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG
- Manufacturer's protocol
- 3–4 mm spot · 3–4.5 J/cm² · 1–2 Hz · one pass, no overlap
- Patch
- Crescent, 2.5 × 7 cm, two per pouch, single use
- Lens
- T-shaped, 5 × 3 cm head, reusable
- Target depth
- 2–5 mm (manufacturer)
- Course
- At least 3 sessions, 2–3 weeks apart
- Manufacturer
- Simfle Stick Co., Ltd, Daegu, South Korea
Cautions
- Eye shields and certified goggles are mandatory
- The lens must sit firmly with no air bubbles
- Never repeat or overlap on the same spot — deep bruising can result
- Expect transient redness, swelling and occasionally small petechiae for a few days
- No contraindication list has been published by the manufacturer; apply the usual laser contraindications

Published evidence is a single case report; a two-patient case series is in draft and the remainder is the manufacturer's own case collection.
